    SUMMARY OF POSITION The Individual Giving Manager is part of the Development Team and is responsible for designing and implementing an individual giving strategy to inform the fundraising goals of the organization. This position will be an integral part of the Development team, and the person in this role should be comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment that is passionate about community and mission.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Successfully collaborates with the VP of Development and other relevant staff to execute an individual giving strategy (both online and offline) in order to raise revenue for the organization

    ● Collaborates with the Director of Communications and Director of Events and Community Engagement on donor materials, donor marketing, and fundraising campaigns

    ● Assist senior staff with donor analysis, including providing donor briefs and wealth screens on major donors in preparation for meetings

    ● Manage the Salesforce database in coordination with program data staff and the Grants Manager

    ● Performs other duties as assigned, including meeting with donors where appropriate.

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 5 years of fundraising and/or donor relations experience.

    ● Familiarity with the Colorado communities and donor landscape.

    ● Excellent at organizing, managing and completing multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously with thoroughness, accuracy, timeliness and good humor.

       Strong verbal communication, public speaking, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

         Understands and respects the importance of confidentiality.

         Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment, in a team setting.

         Strong computer skills, including GSuite, spreadsheets, Salesforce, and presentation software.

         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

       Some evening and weekend work is required.

       Commitment to continued education of social justice, especially the intersection of youth homelessness and race, sexuality, gender, ability, and socioeconomics.

         Ability to sit for long periods of time while also performing typing duties.

         Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and other strenuous activities.

         Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

    BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Salary Range $65,000 - $78,000 per year: TGTHR offers competitive compensation and benefits such as a flexible work environment dependent on work position, medical, dental, vision, and accident insurance, paid time off/sick leave/parental leave/paid holidays/bereavement leave, employee assistance program/counseling services, development and educational opportunities and a 403(b) retirement plan.
