Esta clínica desde es parte de los esfuerzos de equidad de la oficina del Gobernador Polis y organizaciones comunitarias. Esta campaña estará vacunando a habitantes y niños de Colorado elegibles para la vacuna primera, segunda dosis y booster (refuerzo).

Fecha: 16 de abril, 2022

Horario: 11 am a 4pm

Lugar: Front Range Community College,  2121 Miller Drive, Longmont, CO 80501

Todo el tipo de vacunas estará disponible. Más información sobre eligibilidad, aquí.

Contaremos con información de los programas y servicios de la cámara latina y otros socios comunitarios.

Nota: Se seguirán los protócolos de salud recomendados del condado de Boulder.

This clinic is part of the collaboration between community-based organizations and Governor Polis' vaccine equity efforts. This equity clinic will be vaccinating eligible people and children. 
All doses and booster will be available
