A partir del 2023 entrará en efecto la ley SB20-200 que se refiere al Programa de Ahorros Seguros de Colorado. Este nuevo mandato indica que los negocios que tengan cinco empleados o más deben ofrecer un plan de retiro a sus empleados SIN NINGUN costo para el empleador. Esto es solamente una opción que se debe ofrecer y los trabajadores deciden si quieren o no ser parte del programa.
