Seeking Full Time Exempt Marketing & Communications Manager for Nationally Recognized Non-Profit Creating an Equitable Community

Then we want you to be our Marketing & Communications Manager to serve as a key member of the Development & Communications department. You will create culturally relevant and compelling messaging that our stakeholders will find valuable and utilize a variety of communication channels to grow and diversify our supporters through targeted campaigns. This position will also play a key role engaging the community in our mission and impact, and will lead a marketing committee with members of our board of directors. This position will report to the Director of Development and Communications and is located in the Boulder office with some flexibility to work from home.
Primary Responsibilities:

Develop marketing, social media and communications strategies and plans to increase stakeholder engagement, individual donations and corporate support

Collaborate with the CEO, Director of Development & Communications and the Donor Relations Manager on storytelling

Create compelling content for digital campaigns and platforms to expand our reach and retain current donors and continue to use these platforms to streamline the way we reach out to our donors

Manage the content, design and distribution of the Annual Report

In collaboration with the Donor Relations Manager and Programming Team, develop bi-annual Impact Reports for stakeholders

Monitor, report and present an online engagement analytics (web, email, social media) leverage key engagement metrics across platforms to optimize content, messaging and distributions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as journalism, public relations, marketing or communications preferred
Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Familiarity with Email platforms (Campaign Monitor and Constant Contact), Design platforms (Canva, InDesign), CMS platforms (Salesforce), Project Management Tools (Asana) and basic HTML (WordPress)

Proven results in implementing marketing and communications strategic plans

Proven results in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and analytics technologies (Google Analytics, Hootsuite.) to engage a diverse audience

Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Physical and Cognitive Requirement Necessary to Perform This Job

Some evenings, weekends required

Ability to travel to and from meetings and appointments in locations and times when public transportation is unavailable

Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
COMPENSATION
-
$50,00-55,000 per year
