As a member of the leadership team, the Community Outreach Coordinator will lead
the development, implementation, and coordination of the organization’s community engagement with a
specific focus on the Latino community. Additionally, this position, in collaboration with the Executive
Director, will provide direct oversight to the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan.
The Community Outreach Coordinator will be skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a demonstrated
ability to quickly build trusted relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. This
position will be a proven project manager and strong communicator, with demonstrated successful
community engagement and the ability to coordinate with multicultural groups within our service area.
