The Facilities Technician – Weekend Shift (PM) is a part-time, non-benefited, non-exempt position. Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of small repair and maintenance tasks. The role is specifically designed to deliver exceptional customer service to Chautauqua’s guests during peak weekend hours. Holiday work is required in meeting position responsibilities. For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered essential.

The right candidate:
- · 1-2 years all-around handyman experience. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical trade experience preferred, hotel experience, a plus.
- · Experience working in work order system, knowledge of WorxHub a plus.
- · Comfortable using Android phone- using work apps, texting, receiving sending emails, etc.
- · Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- · A professional demeanor and customer service mindset.
- · Ability to work independently
- · Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license
