OFFICE MANAGER - PT POSITION
Job Location: LCC Office, Remote/ Multiple Locations
Hourly Compensation: $25/hr - $30/hr, based on experience
Hours: 25 hours per week
Job schedule: Flexible with some nights and weekends required
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Office Manager person is responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, answering calls, buying office and events supplies and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Qualifications

Requires frequent reaching, use of fingers, use of both hands, writing and use of computer equipment

The work requires reading, editing and writing, frequent verbal communication and cooperation with others, performing multiple concurrent tasks, organization, and performing detailed work

Work requires the ability to perform under time constraints

Requires occasional nontraditional work hours

Requires reading of documents, confidentiality of work and frequent customer contact

Passion for connection and engagement with current and potential members, and for creating brand credibility
Requirements and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the Office Admin position can perform the following tasks with minimal or no supervision after training is completed:

Fluent in both English and Spanish required

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office

Valid Colorado Driver License

Reliable Transportation required

Purchasing and distribution of office and events materials

Manages chamber administrative activities, including office management and info email

Responds and directs phone calls accordingly

Controls Correspondence
-
Supports LCC events logistics and coordination
-
Process and Tracks payments and invoices for members and sponsors

Main support staff member for Horas Sociales and outside events
-
Covers office hours W-F Noon to 5
