    JOB TITLE:  Director of Core Services
    PRIMARY OFFICE: 
    Boulder
    FLSA/EMPLOYEE STATUS:  Full-Time (32 hrs./wk.); Exempt
    PAY & BENEFITS:
     $77,000-$97,000/yr.  Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life and accident insurance; Employee Assistance Programs (EAP); 401(k); paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time.

    SUMMARY:  As a Center for Independent Living (CIL), CPWD is mandated to provide 5 Core Services: Independent Living (IL) Skills Training, Peer Support, Individual and Systems Advocacy, Information & Referral, and Youth and Nursing Home Transitions.  These Core Services are delivered through a series of programs referred to as Independent Living programs.

    The Director of Core Services (DCS) is a member of the Executive Team and is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in overseeing the development, execution, and day-to-day management of CPWD’s Core Services and grant-funded programs. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.  Ensures delivery of high-quality services aligned with CPWD's mission and the Independent Living Philosophy.  This role includes managing staff, consumer concerns, grant performance and deliverables, data collection, and maintaining strong relationships with the community.  DCS serves as a role model and mentor for people with disabilities and staff.  Maintains positive and effective relationships with the Executive Team, CPWD staff, and partner agencies by providing information and representation for CPWD.
