    JOB TITLE:  Independent Living Services Manager
    PRIMARY OFFICE: 
    Boulder
    FLSA/EMPLOYEE STATUS:  Full-Time (32 hrs./wk.); Non-exempt
    PAY & BENEFITS:
     $36-$42/hr.  Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life and accident insurance; Employee Assistance Programs (EAP); 401(k); paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time.

    SUMMARY:  Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of Independent Living Advisor (ILA) services, including Youth Transitions, and Social Security Non-Attorney Representative (SSNAR) services to ensure program functions are carried out in a high quality and effective manner.  Oversees the day-to-day operations of the ILAs by providing daily interaction with staff for the purpose of programmatic progress and managing consumer needs and concerns.  Ensures the ILAs meet grant and documentation requirements and operate within grant compliance.  The individual in this position will serve as a role model and mentor for people with disabilities within the community and with direct reports.
